A prayer to Apollon for a prophetic dream

O Apollon, who is called Delian, Sminthian, slayer of Pytho,
O Paian, O Phoibos, hear my prayer! In days past you spoke to our
ancestors through the Pythia and told them their fates. Now bring
me a dream, Far-Shooter, and show me why I am here and how I
may grow in the service of the gods. Do this, Apollon, and I will
honor you with libations and songs of praise.
